I would like to say thank you to our special guest Karrine Steffans, author of the New York Times Bestseller Confessions of a Video Vixen and the upcoming book the Vixen Diaries. Reverend Sharpton and I are especially grateful to this strong sister who bared her soul in her book and told the story again on the show today.

We thank her for her candor regarding her own experiences and her insight about the "jump off" and casual sex in our society. We talked about the pros and cons of sex without love, and Karrine gave us the scoop about women: can they really have sex without becoming emotionally attached?
