She put her exercise expertise to the test to develop 5 comprehensive regimens to achieve common fitness goals. Whether you're looking to lose 5 or 20 pounds, we have a workout plan tailored to the individual needs of your body - even if you can't make it to the gym.
Deazie Gibson is from Friendswood, Texas and currently lives in New York City. She is an energetic, dedicated go-getter who loves a challenge and the intensity of the fitness lifestyle. She is a personal trainer and fitness instructor for various clubs in New York City. She teaches step, body sculpt, urban rebounding, dance and yoga. She is certfied in the following certifcations: NASM(National Association of Science & Medicine), AFAA(Aerobic and Fitness Association of America), Pre/Post-Natal, Body Awareness, Urban Rebounding and Yogafit.

Get Fit
Week One:
Start by taking you measurements. Purchase a small notebook, one that is similar to a journal that you can record information in.
Use a measuring tape to take you measurements. Measure around your waist, butt, each upper arm, and thigh. Keep these measurements in a safe place; you will need them when the plan is over. I promise we'll only do this once: WEIGH yourself, undressed, in the morning! Record your weight in your little book with your measurements.
Download one of the personalized workouts, that is best for you and stick with it. You can even watch the video demonstrations of the fitness exercises on my website.
Now try to get moving 3 times a week. Download the workout that is best for you, and stick with it.
Remember, if you feel chest pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath STOP exercising completely, rest, and if necessary call for medical attention.
